HireAble CV provides AI-powered resume analysis, summarization, and improvement suggestions based on user-provided input such as resumes and job descriptions.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to upload any harmful, illegal, or misleading content.

No Data Storage Policy

We prioritize your privacy.

  • We do not store your resume files, including PDF, DOC, or any uploaded documents.
  • We do not store extracted text, OCR data, or processed content from your resume.
  • All data provided by you is processed in real-time and is not retained after the analysis is complete.
  • We do not maintain any database of your personal or professional information from resumes.

Temporary Processing

  • Your resume data may be temporarily processed in memory to generate AI-based insights.
  • Once the response is generated, the data is automatically discarded and not saved on our servers.

Third-Party AI Services

To provide analysis and suggestions, we may use third-party AI services such as:

  • Google (Gemini API)

These services process data transiently to generate responses. We ensure that no data is intentionally stored or reused by our systems.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

  • The suggestions and analysis provided are generated using AI and may not always be accurate or complete.
  • We do not guarantee job selection, interview calls, or hiring outcomes.

You are responsible for:

  • Verifying all suggestions before using them.
  • Ensuring that your resume content is accurate and truthful.

Limitation of Liability

HireAble CV shall not be held responsible for:

  • Any decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.
  • Any loss, damage, or missed opportunities arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
